DOMINO'S PIZZA - PEOPLE PIPELINE PROGRAM

Domino's Pizza recognizes that to be "best in class" and maintain our position as the world leader in the pizza delivery industry, we need to have exceptional leaders. To prepare and develop future leaders, the People Pipeline Program was established.

 The focus of the People Pipeline Program is to:

  • Identify and select early-career, high-potential candidates who have the aspiration and aptitude to grow into future strategic leader roles
  • Provide participants with operations, business, and leadership training to prepare them to lead and grow our business

 

People Pipeline participants will be fully integrated into the operations of Domino's Pizza.  A company-sponsored relocation to one of our many markets will be required in conjunction with completion of our in-store experience.

 

INITIAL ACCLIMATION, IN-STORE, AND MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Job responsibilities and objectives during this time may include but are not limited to:

  • World Resource Center acclimation period (8-12 weeks)
  • Assistant Manager - In-store experience (3-6 months)
  • General Manager - In-store experience (3-12 months)
  • Manager of Corporate Operations In-Training - Preparation to manage multiple corporate stores (3-6 months)
  • Manager of Corporate Operations - Manage multiple corporate stores (12-18 months)

 

NEXT STEPS IN YOUR CAREER FUTURE

After successful execution of these initial responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to move to other important leadership roles throughout the company.  As you progress through your career with Domino's, we want you to be able to utilize and build on the skills, talents, interests, and experiences gained during your initial People Pipeline Program experience.  Some examples of future career options you may consider might include, but are not limited to, opportunities in the International Division, Franchise Development and Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing.

Qualifications

 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Commit to relocation for assignments and future career opportunities
  • Less than five (5) years of professional work experience, excluding internships or positions held while attending college
  • Commitment and passion to develop into a role model who will lead teams and make a direct impact on company success
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others
  • Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and take goals and objectives to completion
  • Ability to effectively deal with difficult people
  • Creative problem solving skills and quick thinking, practical, decision making skill

The application process also includes a requirement that you will need to sign an agreement to relocate for assignments within the contiguous United States.  You will also be required to write two essays as part of the application process.
